Wow!!! This color challenge was tough for me. First, I was dead set that on an Easter Card. Then, I decided on a stamp set and well… nothing worked for me. I left all my colors and ideas on the table went downstairs for a while.
Later that night I headed back up to the craft room. I glanced over at the Sale-a-bration “Bliss” Stamp Set and it was just screaming at me. So, I picked it up and started to re-think my color combination. This card came together in a matter of minutes. Woo Hoo!!!
I highly recommend participating in sketch and color challenges. It does exactly that… it challenges you! Thank you Gretchen for giving me the opportunity to be on your team of UDI Designers!

Awesome job, Brandy! i had serious issues with the whole gray thing, and to top it off, I ran out of white! I can’t even begin to tell you how that happens, but this one was definitely challenging for me, too! Thanks for your inspiration!
Thanks for stopping by Michelle!!! Yes, these color challenge are tough sometimes. But that’s great… it for sure gives me that challenge and the encouragement to put colors together that I hadn’t thought about before. Stay in touch and email me a photo of a card or two. I’d love to make you a Inspiration Guest on my website 😉 Cheers ~ Brandy
You did a great job with the colors. I totally understand about using challenges to jump start your creativity. I also find the walking away and coming back to it is another motivator. The card is lovely.
