To Get Started
It’s so easy to get started. Simply sign up for the program now by visiting www.mypaperpumpkin.com and click “Get It.” If you are my customer, please be sure to choose me as your demonstrator during the ordering process. Every month a new, surprise project kit arrives at your doorstep. Just think of the anticipation of creating a fun project to pin, showoff, and share with your friends and family-every month!
Of course, you’ll want to know more. So here’s the details:
- Each month you’ll receive a unique, surprise kit with a project-cards, journals, décor, and more! Everything is color-coordinated, measured, and cut just for you!
- Each kit includes stamps, ink, paper, and accessories-everything but adhesive.
- Each kit takes about 30 minutes to complete. A luscious, creativity escape.
- Stampin’ Up! will ship your Paper Pumpkin on or around the 15th of the month.
- You need to sign up for a kit by the 10th of the month to get that month’s kit. If you sign up on the 11th of the month, your first kit will come the next month. For example, if you sign up on May 10th, Stampin’ Up! will send your kit around May 15th. If you sign up on May 11th, they’ll send your first kit around June 15th.
- A Paper Pumpkin membership is $19.95 per month (and shipping is included!)
- There’s no commitment, you can cancel your monthly Paper Pumpkin at anytime. You also have the option to skip a month if you want.

A: Good question. Paper Pumpkin is the perfect introduction to Stampin’ Up! We designed it for crafters that want to create a project each month, but aren’t quite ready to build a stamp collection (yet).
Q: What comes in my Paper Pumpkin?
A: It’s a surprise each month-anticipation for the surprise is seriously half the fun! No worries, though, you’ll have everything you need to complete the project: paper, stamps, ink, accessories, and more! (You will need adhesive.)
Q: Does my Paper Pumpkin project come with instructions?
A: Yes, of course it does. The instructions will tell you everything you need to know. And they are so easy to follow-we promise.
Q: How long will it take to make each Paper Pumpkin project? (Now say that fast three times.)
A: We know you wish you had unlimited creativity time (we all do), but since you probably don’t, we designed each Paper Pumpkin to be completed in 30 minutes or less! (We think of it as a spa treatment for your creativity.)

Q: How much does a Paper Pumpkin membership cost each month?
A: Paper Pumpkin is $19.95 per month. Because your Paper Pumpkin ships automatically to you, we have already built in the shipping costs of $5.00 to the cost of each kit. The commissionable amount for each Paper Pumpkin is $14.95.
Q: Do demonstrators get a discount?
A: That’s a big fat yes! You get your instant income on the commissionable amount of $14.95.
Q: Do I get commission on the kit?
A: Of course. The commissionable amount is $14.95 for each Paper Pumpkin.
Q: As a demonstrator, can I sign up and assign another demonstrator to my Paper Pumpkin account, so she will receive the commissions?
A: No, if you are a demonstrator, you cannot be assigned to another demonstrator on your Paper Pumpkin account. We want to give you the full credit for your purchase.
Q: How do I start my Paper Pumpkin membership?
A: Visit www.mypaperpumpkin.com to sign up-it’s that easy!
Q: Is there a difference in a demonstrator membership and a customer membership?
A: Nope. When you sign up, mypaperpumpkin.com will recognize you as a demonstrator.
Q: When does my membership expire?
A: Your membership will last until you cancel it.
Q: When do I need to sign up in order to get my Paper Pumpkin?
A: You need to sign up on or before the 10th of the month in order to receive your Paper Pumpkin for that month. If you sign up after the 10th#no worries! You will get your first kit the following month. You’ll know your Paper Pumpkin is on its way when you receive your shipment confirmation e-mail.
Q: Can I skip a month?
A: You sure can! Simply log on to your account and click “manage my pumpkin”, then click “skip a month” on or before the 10th of the month in order to skip the Paper Pumpkin for that month. If you do this on the 11th of the month, you will receive that month’s Paper Pumpkin and not receive the following month’s Paper Pumpkin.
Q: What if I want to cancel my membership?
A: You must submit a 10-page essay about why you would ever want to do such a crazy thing. (Just kidding.) It’s simple. Simply log on to your account and click “manage my pumpkin”, then click “cancel” on or before the 10 th of the month in order to cancel completely. Then, you will not receive any more Paper Pumpkin kits (how sad). If you cancel on the 11th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s Paper Pumpkin and will not receive any more Paper Pumpkin kits.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: If you are not thrilled with your Paper Pumpkin, please call us at 1-800-STAMP UP, we’ll chat and make make everything hunky dory.
Q: Will I be notified if someone cancels their membership?
A: Right now, you won’t be notified if a customer cancels her membership, but we anticipate this feature will be available soon. Your customers can skip a month or can cancel their membership at any time. Your Paper Pumpkin sales will post to your Activity Statement around the middle of each month. Log into your reports before the end of each month to see how your Paper Pumpkin sales are adding up.
Q: Can I add Paper Pumpkin Memberships to a workshop order?
A: No. Paper Pumpkin is special enough to have an ordering system of its very own that is not tied to hostess benefits, so you can’t add a membership to a workshop order.
Q: Will the items in each Paper Pumpkin be available for sale individually?
A: Part of the fun of having a Paper Pumpkin membership is receiving exclusive products to play with! Most of the items in your Paper Pumpkin are exclusive, never-before seen products (can you say yippee?) You will, however, see a few tried-and-true products in your Paper Pumpkin that you can buy individually in the catalog.
Q: Is there any other way to buy monthly Paper Pumpkin kits?
A: You need to be a member to receive the monthly Paper Pumpkin. Past kits will not be available at this time.
Q: How do I see the upcoming Paper Pumpkin kits?
A: One of the best parts of your Paper Pumpkin membership is that you never know what is going to be in that beautiful red box. It’s like opening a present every month-we don’t want to ruin the surprise for you!
Q: Is there a way to introduce Paper Pumpkin at my events?
A: We got you covered! The Try It Kit is the perfect way to introduce Paper Pumpkin at all your events.
Q: What is a Try It Kit?
A: It’s a convenient way to try out the Paper Pumpkin without getting a membership. You can add a Try It Kit (item 132600) to any demonstrator, customer, workshop, or online order. It’s a great option for workshop guests to have a Paper Pumpkin experience, and your hostess still gets the benefits of the sale. You can also cash and carry your Try It Kits. Learn more about the Cash and Carry policy in the demonstrator manual policies section.
Q: Should I cash and carry the Try It Kit (item 132600) at my workshops?
A: You can, if you choose to. Just keep in mind that your hostess won’t get the benefits if you do. If you choose to have a few on hand, it may still be a good idea to add a kit to the workshop order when you sell one. This will replenish the one you sell without diminishing the hostess’ benefits.
Q: What is the Welcome Kit?
A: The Welcome Kit is the very first Paper Pumpkin you will receive in your first month of membership. This initial kit is the same for everyone, regardless of which month you subscribe. If you are a new member, we’ll send the Welcome kit to you for your first month. Bonus! the Welcome Kit includes a free gift-a clear acrylic block!
Q: Why is the Welcome Kit always the same?
A: The Welcome Kit includes a special welcome to Paper Pumpkin and also a clear-mount block. We want to make sure every new member of Paper Pumpkin feels welcome and has everything she needs to get started stamping!
Q: What is the free gift?
A: You will receive a special free gift with your Welcome kit-a clear-mount acrylic block. You will need your clear block each month to use the stamps that will come with your Paper Pumpkin. Simply press the stamp firmly onto the clear block and the stamp will adhere to the block. Ink up your stamp, and you are ready to go! When you are finished stamping, just peel the stamp off the block.
Q: Why is the shipping different on Paper Pumpkin?
A: Your Paper Pumpkin will be automatically shipped to you each month (so fun!). Because we are auto shipping these, the pricing structure is slightly different from our other Stampin’ Up! products.
Q: Can I buy multiple memberships to save shipping?
A: You can buy as many memberships as you want to, but the price for shipping remains the same. Because we ship each Paper Pumpkin to you in its very own pretty red box, the price for the monthly shipping has already been built into the Paper Pumpkin cost.
Q: When will the package arrive?
A: Your Paper Pumpkin will ship from the Stampin’ Up! warehouse on or around the 15th of the month. You will get an e-mail notifying you that your card has been charged-expect your Paper Pumpkin soon!
Q: What if the package never comes?
A: If your Paper Pumpkin does not arrive on your doorstep please call us at 1-800-STAMP UP, and one of our friendly customer service agents will help you.
Q: When will I be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged as soon as your Paper Pumpkin ships.
Q: Can I sell these kits internationally?
A: Paper Pumpkin follows the general Stampin’ Up! international sales policy. There are no changes to that policy for this product.
