Today’s card was designed for the Blooms and Butterflies Color Challenge #20. The inspirational colors of the day are Calypso Coral, Basic Black and Whisper White. I was excited to give this challenge a try!
The featured Stamp Set is the Stampin’ Up! Spiral Spins. I honestly wasn’t sure if I was going to like it and well… I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the card turning out fun.
The great thing about this stamp set is you can stamp your image and then use our Circles Collection Framelits Dies to cut it out. Yay, No fussy cutting!!!
Check out the rest of the Blooms and Butterflies Design Team Here! I’m so excited about our upcoming challenges and looking forward to sharing new colors and ideas. Thanks for stopping by BrandysCards. Happy Stampin’! Brandy
Love it! Reminds me of my Spirograph too! Wonder if you can still buy those?! Anyway, never thought I would like that stamp set but now that I saw this card, I love it! Thanks!
This is wicked i didnt know what i may do with this stamp set so just kinda flipped past it in the catalog, now i have some inspiration. That being said you give this newbie demo inspiration all the time. I wished i would have gotten to meet you at convention to thank you for helping me learn new things i can share with my fellow stampers, but with that many people i didn’t see you. Thanks Brandy 🙂
Love it
Way cool
LOVELY!!! l’m chiming in with the Spirograph reference as well – that was my very favorite toy growing up. I used it a lot!!! Love your blog and videos!!
I love it! It kinda brought make memories with the spiral we played with when I was little! Love the card!
Cute card!
Hi Brandy! What a cute card! I am probably dating myself, but this set reminds me of one of my favorite toys from years ago, my Spirograph! I fact, my sister found an old one and pulled it out at Thanksgiving for all the little ones to try! Funny thing is all the adults took a turn too!
Looks like you added rhinestones to your circles, and is that black ribbon or torn paper along the right edge? So pretty! Bet it feels great to be home!
Hi Laura,
Lol!!!! That’s too funny… I remember the Spirograph!!! Lol. I need to grab one for my kids… great entertainment. Thanks so much for stopping by and for your comment. I really, really appreciate your feedback and friendship. Thank You!
Yes, your right… I added Jewel Rhinestones to them. I thought it just added a little something extra. The torn edge is in fact torn and not ribbon. I love that you notice the details. Email me a project to share sometime!
Have a great day! Blessings, Brandy
