Field Flowers

Wow!!!  I love how these flowers just pop right off the card.  So pretty!!!

When I first looked through my 2011-2012 Stampin Up Idea Book and Catalog I was trying to decide which stamp sets I like the best.  This Stampin Up Stamp Set is called Field of Flowers and it for sure made my top 10 list… maybe even top 5.  I really like the various stamp sets that use the Two-Step Stamping method.   The Field Flowers stamp set is one of them.

How do you two-step stamp?  First, you stamp your base image.  Second step, position and stamp the overlay image.  Its perfect for layering colors that compliment each other.  Give it a try!

The colors I used on this card are Peach Parfait, Old Olive and Real Red.  I used my Beautiful Wings embosslits to create my tiny butterfly.  The greeting is from the Stampin Up Sweetly Said Stamp Set and the fabulous background was created using the Stampin Up En Francais background stamp.

This is one of our cards that we’ll be making during my August Stamp Camp.  If you haven’t already done so… Register today to hold your seat!!!  How do I register?  Email me at and I will confirm your seat and arrange payment.  I hope you can join us!!!

Thanks for stopping by  Have a blessed day!
