What is a Carryover Product?
A carryover product is one that was featured in a previous Stampin’ Up! Idea Book and Catalog, Holiday Mini Catalog, Occasions Mini Catalog or a Summer Mini Catalog. Usually once the catalog is expired more often than not the stamp sets featured are no long available for purchase or retired.
