Items Used Include
- Fleece
- Hot Glue
- Embellishment of Choice
- Basic Black Cardstock
- Real Red Cardstock
- Whisper White Cardstock
- Fun Flowers Bigz Die
- Decorative Dots Embossing Folder (Sale-a-bration Catalog)
Directions
1. Cut a 4-1/4″ x 8-1/2″ piece of Basic Black cardstock and score it at 5-1/2″. This is the base of your card.
2. Cut a 4″ x -5-1/4″ piece of Whisper White cardstock. I textured this piece using the Decorative Dots embossing folder which can be found in the Sale-a-bration catalog.
3. Cut a 3-1/4″ x 8″ piece of Basic Black card and score it a 4″. Fold in half and glue on top of the base of your card.
4. Cut a 3″ x 3-3/4″ piece of Whisper White Cardstock and layer it on top of the basic black rectangle.
5. Cut a 2-3/4″ x 3-1/2″ piece of Real Red Cardstock and layer it on top of the whisper white rectangle.
6. Use a ruler or something to measure an inch in the middle of the real red cardstock. Mark this spot with a pencil and use a crop-a-dile or a hole punch that will reach the center of the real red cardstock.
7. Don’t forget to cut a second 3″ x 3-3/4″ piece of Whisper White Cardstock to layer inside your card.

Hi Brandy! I love your youtube channel, I watch it instead of tv sometimes, you do a great job! Can you tell me your opinion on the crop a dile vs big bite? I need to make flowers from different materials ( fleece, paper, aluminum can material) and I will be using this flower die as well (nice that it’s on sale this week!). Anyways, I appreciate your opinion. I make cards, but will be making the flowers too. So I have to get a crop a dile or a big bite…
These flowers are so fun! I already have the die and will be making a stop at JoAnn’s fabrics soon for the fleece. What a fun gift! Thank you so much for sharing it with us.
Hi Tami,
Yay!!! I’m glad you liked them. They are so much fun!!! Give them a try and let me know how it goes. Sending Hugs, Brandy
Loved the Monkey Valentine – though I did not have all the punches I did improvised and it still came out cute
Your flowers are so lovely, Brandy! I would have loved to have known how to make these when my girls were in school & in sports. Thanks for the great video tutorial!
Brandy, absolutely loved your flower pin. Can use them for all occasions. loved your Green Bay Packer pin, too!! Definitely will be on my do it list…you are a genius!!
Hope you are ok with all the snow & frozen rain. The news last night mentioned Pinehurst N.C. ?
I love it. You are so talented. Thanks for sharing all your ideas.
Brandy, help I’ve been making these for 2 days…..Love, love these. Thanks so much for this great video. Hilda

Love this project, will have to try it. Especially love the Green Bay Packer Flower. We are GB Packer fan. Where did you find the fleece with the green and gold colors.
Tooooo cute!!! Personally LOVE the impact of the red, black and white! Adore the flower! Trust you to notch it up a level!! 🙂 Love the mix of textures and the way the card operates too!! Certainly, a Valentine’s card full of surprises!! Love it!!!
Hi Brandy,
Just love it! What a great idea. Thanks for all you videos.
Love this card.
I notice that you always use the Tombow glue. What is your secret for it not warping or wrinkling.
P.S. did you run the other fabric throw also or just cute circles it looks like you have a couple different kinds But I do love them
Oh My Gosh Brandi how cute I love it ….on my way to Hobby Lobby 🙂
Hi Brandy,
Love your fleece flowers! What a great idea to use the college logos. Thanks for the tips on punching the hole for the clasp. I am going to try using the long retired SU eyelet setting tool to make the holes (remember that?!) and save my $ for all the stamps I have on my wish list! Did you use tulle on the church flower? That is so cute, and the beautiful scalloped tulle is on the Clearance Rack now! I have been eyeing that for so long but couldn’t think how I’d use it, and this would be perfect. I better put my order in before it’s gone! Happy Valentine’s Day!!
~Laura
Pretty darn cute! Love your videos. TFS!
What a great idea. I work with a lot of the kids from church and this is something they can do in one night. Now all I have to do is get the die.
Looking forward to making them for Mother’s Day. They’ll have great fun. Again thanks for the idea for them. Keep ‘e-mail coming. Thank you

Hi Brandy – Hadn’t thought of making a pin to add to a card. For that matter hadn’t thought of die cutting fleece either. That makes me surprised on two counts. Always enjoy watching your videos as well as wondering what you will be sharing the next time.
Hugs. Sandra

Brandy, these are the cutest project. When my daughter was little I used to make the multi loop ribbon barrettes for her that were all the rage at the time. I am going to make these now to go along with the collection that she saved for when she has a daughter. She knits and I can see embellishing little ski caps with these. Thank you for all your inspiration.
Awesome!!!! Love it the card and the blooch. My 2 girls with love it too.. Thank you for this gorgeous project.
Brandy – This is the cutest card with the broach on it. I love watching you videos because you get so excited about them and that gets me excited. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing your projects.
