What I use for ribbon storage is the mud troft for drywallers. you can find them at DIY and they are usually red. I just take out the medal strip that they use to scrap there mud on and drilled holes in the back to hang on wall. They work great and hold the spools nice.
I just watched your video tour of your happy place. Excellent! I have been a demonstrator for about 14 years and have reorganized my room many times. The best way I found to store my ribbons was to fasten a rain gutter to the wall. There are no rods to have to pull all the spools off to replace one ribbon, they don’t spool out when you pull some off, and they hold all the sizes of spools. I also have a ribbon station made by Click it Up that works the same way and also provides a place to put a pair of scissors and a ruler on the front to measure.
I also wanted to let you know that my club is making your ocean card and I found blue hair gel at the dollar store and it looks pretty good. Thank you for all of your wonderful ideas and generous spirit

Hi Donna,
Thank you so much for stopping by and Thank you SO MUCH for giving me the tip on your ribbon storage. I am so grateful as I will give that a try!!! Sounds good!!! Oh… I think the blue hair gel on the gel card would be super cute. Thanks again for stopping by and please stay in touch! Hugs, Brandy
Hi Brandy,
Thank you for be so open and so happy to share. You have a lovely happy place and it is very welcoming. It was lovely to see how you have stored things as I am just in the process of creating my little nook. Love your slap wall, wish I had one of those but they are so expensive over here in Australia, especially for a wall that size. I store my ribbons in two ways, the ribbons I use all the time in a drawer by my desk, the rolls stand on their sides side by side so I can see them and I use a little pin to keep secure, scraps go in a big lolly jar which I give away at the end of the year. The rest I store in gift boxes LARGE ONES. I wrap my gifts in brown paper bags or wrap and I use wide ribbon to adorn, so I have lots and lots plus its fun pawing my way through the bundles to make my choice.
I look forward to getting to know you better and sharing my room once I finish it – I have gutted it and am putting together a few pieces of ikea cabinets and I will only be bringing in my stampin up and stamping materials, and the items that I reach for, the rest will be finding a new home and will make a crafting group very happy. I am blessed to have what I do and glad to give to those less fortunate.
Love and friendship….Louise

I love your craft room and you are a wonderful speaker. I have not seen you before and will try to sign up as a follower. Thanks again for the tour.
Thank You Joyce for subscribing and for the kind comments. I’m so glad to know you have enjoyed my videos. Have a great day! Brandy
Brandy, Thank you for sharing your craft room. It is amazing! I love the fact that you were so honest about not having everything perfectly organized. You have so much stuff! I hope some day I can travel to NC and visit in person. I also hope to have a craft room of my own someday instead of sharing the basement with everything else. I’m going shopping for more plastic drawers this weekend.
Thank you again!! Awesome!!!
Brandy!! Thank you for the wonderful tour. It is nice to know that there are others who have a room that isn’t all organized! My craft room, too, is my happy place that I can just be in!! You gave me some great ideas on how to store those little things. I just love the drawers!!! I have the stamp-n-stor like you have…..it is great to put all my inks and markers in but I didn’t store them by collection….what a great idea….I am going to change mine from like colors to collection. It will definitely be easier to find the colors that way. You are just so nice….I wish I lived closer but it would be hard to leave florida so I will be one of your distant followers!! If we ever make it your way I will let you know!!! God Bless and will be watching for your newest videos!!! Love, Cindy
Thanks to you and your camera crew for making the video! We have some similar organization ideas. 🙂 My markers are all in a basket. It is fun searching for the perfect color. Also my stamp sets are not in alphabetical order either. The woods set are by size and the clear sets are just on the shelf. Have a great week!
love your space i would just love to have that much room. Mine is about 12×15 with a table in the middle and so full you can’t get around :-}.
What an amazing room you have. When I watch your videos I always ask me husband I want a room like that lol. Thank you so much for sharing your special room. Love it a lot 🙂
So excited to wake up on Mother’s Day and see your video tour! I’ve been drooling over your wall of paper since finding your videos, what a great deal you got! Can’t wait to see your video’s on tiles and candles. Hope you had a fantastic Mother’s Day full of love and relaxation!
Hi Brandy! What a neat tour. You are just the sweetest! What a fun thing to see your room and all those wonderful ideas. All those supplies are scaring me though. One year for me and I already have a spare bedroom almost filled. It’s like…..”blink” and all of a sudden, it’s “I just ran out of space for this!” I understand the “not wanting to get rid of anything syndrome”. I’ve reconciled to a life of “changing containers” and love it. LOL Love your space and would like to duplicate it!
HI Brandy,
I checked out your new video about your craft room. It´s great.
It´s amazing how many stamps you already have.
Awesome.
Hi from Germany.
love Melanie
So when can I move in? Lol! Great room!
Oh Brandy, What a treat. Since getting my new supplies and pulling out the old, organization has been on my mind and you my dear have given me some great ideas. As you know I spend every day at the hospital with Steve but when I get home I just want to play. However, I can make a mess of my sewing room in no time at all. I don’t want to spend all my time organizing, but I do need to put things away. Any how, I enjoyed the video very much and I am so happy to e crafting again.
I really appreciated the time you spent sharing your craft room with us. It was truly amazing. I picked up alot of good ideas. Thanks
Wow love your space, it’s huge! I especially love Tyler’s art work by the light switch. LOL. Thoroughly enjoyed the time you took to show us your craft room.

I really enjoyed your video. I feel so much better seeing how much stuff you keep. Guess what? I still have my Floral Fusion’s too! It’s good to know there are others out there that love their stamping things as much as I do and just can’t bear to give it away. I really enjoy your videos and just made one of the Secret Garden notepad holds. Love it!
