Today’s inspirational color are Concord Crush, Whisper White, Daffodil Delight and Pacific Point! Although all these colors are beautiful I really wasn’t too excited about them together. So, this weeks card color challenge was a bit more challenging for me.
I have been wanting to play with the new Stampin Up Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch from the 2011 Summer Mini Catalog. After punching several flowers out in all the colors I decided that I would layer them and begin building my card.
The base of my card is 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ Whisper White. I then cut a 1″ x 5-1/4″ Pacific Point. The Daffodil Delight is also 1″ x 5-1/4″ and the Whisper White strip is 3/4″ x 5-1/4″. The Concord Crush piece is 3-1/4″ x 5-1/4″.
Once cut and prepared… I glued all the pieces together and then I ran the entire “front” side of the card through the Square Lattice Embossing Folder and Big Shot. This created this fabulous textured background.
Next, I began to layer up my flowers how I liked them. I used the Itty Bitty Bits punch for the center of my flowers. I also used the Beautiful Wings Embosslit to punch the little butterfly.I used Concord Crush and Pacific Point Stampin’ Write Markers to color my Hello greeting from the “New” Stampin up Happy Greetings Stamp Set.Of course, I had to finish it off with some bling! I added Dazzling Diamonds Glitter to my butterfly and Jewel Rhinestones to my flowers and greeting.
That’s it for today’s color challenge. Fun isn’t it! I really enjoyed playing with these punches. I can’t wait to punch them in Pinks and really play with them to there fullest.

Have you seen or used the “New” Stampin Up Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch yet? Or how about the Doily Triple Layer Punch also “New” to the Stampin Up fabulous line up of punches?
These punches are awesome!!! They create three coordinated punch images with just one punch. Images look beautiful layered together or separately-giving you more creative options! To use these punches simply move the easy-to-use front lever to the image you’d like, and punch. Three images in one punch body also saves on storage space too.
