This is one of my all time favorite cards!!! Many of you have been asking to borrow this set to recreate this card. Well, I am excited to say that in the "NEW" 2010-2011 Stampin' Up! Catalog and Idea Book there is a new jumbo wheel stamp called "Baby Tees".
