Today’s card was inspired by a birthday card designed by Mary Fish. I loved the layered look of rectangles and squares to make a fabulous present or gift. Accenting it with ribbon just pops the colors!
Are you wondering where I got the Stampin Up Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper? Isn’t it beautiful!!! Good News… You can earn it for “FREE” with a qualifying purchase during Sale-a-bration which starts January 22nd.
Oh …I forgot to mention the you can also earn the coordinating Sycamore Street ribbon and button pack!!! The ribbon pack comes with three colors of ribbon. I used Island Indigo on today’s project. I have to give a shout out to the “New” Stampin Up Large Rhinestone basic jewels. They are the perfect accent to replace a button or to just add dazzle.
The base of my Stampin Up birthday card is Rich Razzelberry. I used pool party card stock for my second layer. I finished my birthday card with “Happy Birthday” from the Stampin Up Bring on the Cake stamp set.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and a Happy Stampin’ New Year!!! Brandy

Well, I have a HUGE pile of those types of scraps lying around and so I decided it was time to either use them up or find a new home. So, after a little digging, I came up with these Melon Mambo flower pieces from the Build-a-Blossom stamp set, the birthday sentiment already punched out, and the Whisper White scallop strip. So, I started mixing and matching and suddenly the following card appeared!
That card is simply stunning!!
Love that paper and the card is just adorable!
