Today’s project was designed for Valentine’s Day! If your looking for an fun treat holder give this one a try.
I used the scallop square bigz die to make the base. Score one edge of your Scallop Square at 1-1/2 and 2-3/4″ and turn your scallop square 90 degrees and score this edge at 1″ 3-1/4″. Now cut up on the side that you scored at 1-1/2″ and 2-3/4″ to create your flap. Assemble your treat box.
The fun Valentine’s Day flower on the front of my Valentine’s Day treat was made out of the Stampin Up Blossom punch. I punched three flowers and used my scissors to cut in on each petal. As I glued them together I alternated them. Next use mini glue dots and add your silver soda pop top. Your going to love these little guys!!! You can find them on page 24 in the Stampin Up Occasions Mini Catalog. If you need a catalog let me know… I’d be happy to drop one in the mail for you.
Lastly, I punched a small heart and added a jewel rhinestone! Oh my… the final detail was the TREATS!!! I hope you enjoyed my video tutorial today! Please let me know if you have an questions and feel free to leave comments below. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!

Wow Brandy, this is just super cute! I never would have thought to make a holder out of the scalloped square!!!! Brilliant! I have all the goods to make these and it will be a perfect treat for all the helpers in the children’s ministry at church. Thank you for sharing. I just “found” your blog and I must say, I love your style and your awesome and cheery videos! I wish you much success, and thank you again. Oh, and ps, almost forgot to ask- I am guessing the center of the soda pop top is a punched circle from the red glitter paper? Soooo pretty! (I didn’t watch the video on this just yet, maybe you mention it there, so sorry if this is a silly question )
