Hi Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators,
My name is Brandy Cox and I am leading the “Making a Difference program” for the new Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Charlotte, NC. My assistant is Natalie Petro, from Pineville, NC. As Stampin’ Up! demonstrators we have the chance to make a difference and bring joy to the RMHC here in Charlotte.
As many of you know, Stampin’ Up! has partnered with the Ronald McDonald House Charities since 2003. Each year, Stampin’ Up! contributes $100,000 to RMHC. Ronald McDonald Houses provide a home-away-from-home for the families of children who are receiving treatment in local hospitals. Every day Stampin’ Up! demonstrators across North America generously donate their time to bring comfort and creativity to these families during their time of need.
Natalie and I visited the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte last week and have been working with the house director to learn of the many ways we can support them. Please read the list below and let me know if your interested in joining us in “Making a Difference.” You can volunteer as often as you’d like. Depending on the size of our Charlotte Stampin’ Up! RMHC Volunteer team we will determine how many events we can successfully do and how often.successfully do and how often.
