Today’s Card is a beauty!!!
This card was designed for my Stampin’ Getaway this past November. Our feature stamp set of the event was the Stampin’ Up! Joyful Christmas stamp set. I wanted to create a fabulous card with this flower. I had already picked out the textured wallpaper background and just needed a beautiful center piece. I knew it could be done… I just didn’t know where to start. So, I called my dear friend and team member Leah Gagum and asked her if she could help me. Leah makes gorgeous 3D flowers of all kinds. She is so talented and I knew this would come easy for her.
It took Leah a few short days to call me and say “Hey, I figured out the perfect flower!” I was so excited see it!!! Now… the first thing I said to her was “That’s fabulous but could I do that?” She assured me that it was easy and that she would help us all make one. With Leah’s incredible skill and much patience she successfully helped us all make our first 3D poinsettia card. Wow!!! Its beautiful!!!

Thank you Leah for all your help cutting, preparing, stamping and shopping. You are so talented! Thank you for all your hard work on this gorgeous flower and for your patience while teaching us. I feel so lucky to have you on our team of Blooms and Butterflies!
I’m starting Easter cards, I saw a cross card. Is there any way I can get your pattern?
I make 100 for the soldiers. I received your beautiful card with the snow flake on it and loved it. Thank you. You are very kind. Peggy
The picture of this card is lovely, but it is even more stunning in the ‘flesh’…I had the wonderful honor of being at Pinehurst for this year’s Getaway and it was one of the best times I’ve ever had. It was fabulous from A – Z but one of the best parts was meeting Leah and seeing her incredible talent and being with the super wonderful Brandy!
thank you for sharing this beautie!! You’re lucky to have Leah to help you w/3-D items.
Leah did a great job………. lovely card………….
