Gently Falling

This is our first design for stamp camp. The featured stamp set on this card is called “Gently Falling.” Gently Falling is a Two Step Stamping Stamp Set. It coordinates beautifully with the Spice Cake Designer Series Paper and Fabric. You can find all of these products in the new Holiday Mini Catalog.

For today’s my base color is a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Cherry Cobbler. The next layer is More Mustard. I actually cut it to the same size as my base because after wrinkling it and roughing it up I knew it would shrink a bit. The top layer is a 3-3/4″ x 5″ piece Whisper White card stock.

On the Whisper White layer I used my Cherry Cobbler, More Mustard, Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive Classic Stamp Pads. I stamped several leafs in different colors and various directions. Notice… I did not do the second step and add the outlining image.

I finished my leaf on the top layer by using Pumpkin Pie as my base layer and then stamping the more detailed image over it with Cherry Cobbler. My greeting is from the Stampin’ Up Season’s of Friendship stamp set.
